I'm Tyler and I'm an artist that's starting out in this world. I was born and raised in Massachusetts and have been endorsed to be an artist from very early on. What I love to do is experience and learn new things. I'm a pretty quick learner with a detailed touch.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to experience new things and start to get to know more people. I'm normally introvert, but once I start to get to know more people, I become more and more open. I've been told I'm a man of few words, humble, and wise. I'm all of those things, but deep down I really want to become more open, more conversive, more whacky!
One way to break this mold is to meet more people and gain more experience in the world. I would love to experience new things, to open up to more people. That is why I would to start making journeys and experiences with other people!

Interests

My main Interest is in airbrush art, it's an art medium that I've become pretty experience with. I'm also interested in other art mediums as well and love to experiment.
I'm also a pretty active artist, as I love a lot of sports like Skimboarding, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Soccer, and Snowboarding. This is not an all inclusive list since I'm also pretty open to any sport!

Music, Movies, and Books

Well, I love the Jurassic Park series, I'm a fan of Anthony Bourdain, Andrew Zimmern, I loved the movie Up from Pixar. I like a lot of Pixar Movies actually. I love Godzilla.
Hmm.. There's a lot I'm missing, bring up a movie, and I might know it!

I'm a fan of any kind of music! I like upbeat tunes and I more recently became a fan of The Blues!

I like artists like Two Door Cinemas, Phoenix, Walk The Moon, The Black Keys, Foster the People, Cage The Elephant, Imagine Dragons, The Strokes, Bad Suns, The Colourist, The Lumineers, Alabama Shakes, Donovan Frankenreiter, Maroon 5, Anarbor, The Kooks, Bob Marley, Howlin' Wolf, Sonny Boy Williamson (I and II), Muddy Waters, Tiny Bradshaw, Little Walter, Sugar Blue, Sonny Terry.

I'm also missing out a lot of artists, so don't be afraid to suggest an artist or play their tunes, I might just know them!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done some pretty cool things as an artist, I've painted my room, my skimboards, guitars, and even my car. All with my airbrush. My most prized piece of work is currently my car. I airbrushed both sides with a dragon with a lot of detail. Most of which I spent inside my shed under long fall nights.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm really good at art, so if you'd like an art lesson or some tips and tricks, don't be afraid to ask me!
I'm pretty good with English and Spanish. I can teach a couple of things about them.
I'm also pretty good with math and biology.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well, I am no stranger to sharing. I can pretty much help with anything that is needed. I'm well aware of how some people couchsurf and give nothing to the host. I'm not about that!
I can help out in the yard, any housework, anything that's art related. I'm also pretty fit and can lift some pretty heavy things. Hmm, I can help out with groceries, cleaning dishes, basically any chore you put me to, I will do it in a heartbeat!
ONE THING I really like to do is learn some recipes. If you have a favorite recipe that you'd love to cook, don't be afraid to ask me, I'll get the groceries and you can show me the works! I love learning new recipes because recipes allow me to remember new things and they're just delicious! I'm not a very experienced cook, but I'm an exceptionally fast learner!
