I am an outgoing person who like to joke around and be goofy. Life's too short to always be so serious and unfortunately there a lot of those types in the graduate school world. I'm usually spontaneous because life's more fun when there's adventure and surprises. Oh I also have been told I don't have a personal space bubble if I get to know you. You should probably tell me if yours is pretty massive.

I have a desire to do international medical relief work one day. I like to understand other people and cultures in order to better connect and empathize and help.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Every time I tell people about couchsurfing, the same reaction happens: "you're going to sleep on a stranger's couch?!" People just don't understand that this is a large community of people wanting to share experiences and cultures and provide a place for someone to enjoy that while saving money!

Also I hear about the people who trash the host's house or complain about the distance to the city or never show gratitude in any way or be really drunk and out of control from CS blogs and it really makes me frustrated. I strive to "do to others whatever you would like them to do to you."

Can't wait to host people now that I am back home! Couch surfing made my trip rememberable...so many awesome people and fun times.
