I live in Concón and work at a Uni in Viña del mar as a prof of philosophy. I was an engineer but due to reading too much mind-blowing literature and surfing I quit my job and switched to read and write philosophy. For the moment am doing fine, and I hope to survive some more years like that.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I use to cook from italian and spanish gastronomy, my two countries of origin. Classic pasta, Spanish tortilla, gazpacho, and I also do the amazing south-american ceviche, and some great invented stuff with guacamole.
