ABOUT ME
Couch surfing... I have heard really good things and I just finished a biking trip from Portland to LA with a friend and we used his couch surfing account a couple of times and had great experinces everytime. Now about me
Joined the airforce straight out of highschool and was stationed in Okinawa japan and then salt lake city Utah. Started wildland firefighting in Utah when I was 22 and have been travelling during the winters since then.
Anyway I am an avid biker and surfer and moved to LA because I can bike everywhere and walk to surf everyday. I wanted to go to school somewhere warm and my friends live there.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is way to short enjoy it and do it your own way, no regrets and who cares what other people may think! Be original
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I can host or show people around. I am also going to be looking for couches as I am starting a bike trip down the coast next week.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Best experience biking down the coast and it was freezing cold and late when we pedaled into eureka California and my friend emailed a couple people on couch suffers and within ten minutes an amazing couple told us to come stay with them. They insisted we eat there leftovers from thanksgiving gave us a warm room and a place to store our bikes out of the freezing rain.
