I'm a 27 year old 'corporate guy' moving to Seattle after 5 years in NYC and 1 Year in Panama (Currently living in NYC). Reactivating my Couchsurfing profile because I'm visiting Seattle in August to look for apartments and why not start making friends, am I right?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've hosted a few surfers in New York but my roommates weren't always comfortable hosting. I hosted a guest in Panama and showed him how Americans do Thanksgiving!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience was in Philadelphia and it was AWESOME- my friend and I stayed with a guy that was hosting 4-5 other surfers at the same time so we got to meet really cool people from all over the world and the US. I've also couchsurfed in Washington DC where our host took us to an authentic pirate bar... we were the only ones dressed in normal clothing haha and most recently met some awesome hosts in Newport RI that brought us in as part of their friend group like it was nothing even taking us to a potluck dinner one of their friends were hosting. Couchsurfers are the best kind of people
