Hi! My name is Tyler. I moved to Madrid a few weeks ago and have been looking for an apartment to settle in for the next year or two. So far, I'm in love with the city but it's been difficult finding a place to live. I've spoke with a few travellers who have recommended couchsurfing, so I figured I'd give it a shot!

Right now, my top priority is finding a place to live, but when I get sick of looking, I've been walking around town trying out new bars and places to eat, or going to concerts. I'm always down to go somewhere or try something new! Some of my favorite experiences in Madrid so far have been with people I just met.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I made a profile in 2011, but this is the first time I've actually tried Couchsurfing. Honestly, I'm here because I'd like a place to stay for a week while I look for a place to live, but I'd also like to meet new people and make some friends, as I think I'm going to be here for awhile.

Interests

I've been absolutely in love with electronic music for the last chunk of my life. I love going to festivals, and am hoping to do a big European festival circuit this summer. I also produce in my spare time purely out of interest. Club nights and concerts are also a lot of fun for me, depending on who's playing.
