Hello everyone,
My name is Tymofii, I’m a musician and flute teacher. I play in various ensembles and love experiencing music as a universal language. Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule, I rarely have the chance to travel for leisure. That’s why I use my concert trips not only to discover new places but also to meet new people. I find Couchsurfing to be a fantastic opportunity to deepen those connections.

I’m originally from Ukraine and have been living in Germany since 2018, where I continue to pursue my musical career. I’m fascinated by how music connects people all over the world, and I’m always excited to exchange stories and experiences.

I love dancing and am currently learning Lindy Hop. In the summer, I enjoy hiking, and staying active is an important part of my life. I also practice yoga and enjoy sports.

Unfortunately, I am currently living in a small one-room apartment and can't host any guests. I hope to rent or, ideally, buy a larger apartment soon.

I listen to all kinds of music: classical, jazz, rock, rap, techno. But often, I enjoy the silence too.

I enjoy reading specialized literature about the body, music, and improvisation, as well as philosophy, especially Marcus Aurelius and Plato.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every hike in the Alps, which I try to do every summer since 2019, constantly brings me new and amazing experiences that help me understand how life works.

I can teach Lindy Hop and flute playing, and if you don’t have an instrument, we can improvise with everyday objects
