My current mission, finish school, get a job, and be able to travel again!

ABOUT ME

I am down to earth, I like movies, reading, writing, drawing, artsy stuff. I like pets and I am a really relaxed person (except at home lol!). I got my AAS in Digital Photography and a AGS at Phx College. My Bachelors I am working on is a BIS which stands for a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with two concentrations, Women and Gender Studies and Media at ASU. I am an animal lover, I have dogs, a cat, and two snippy little budgies (parakeets) that love to bite. My car is bright green and I get taxi jokes all the time. I've never really gone anywhere or had any kind of an adventure and I hope to someday.

PHILOSOPHY

Treat others how you want to be treated. Be a good person and that is all that matters.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've not hosted because I don't have my own place. Going to school to get a better education so one day that can change (hopefully in the end I am not just stuck with a HUGE student loan and nothing else). I would love to break the ice and try CS.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This would be new to me, I've never couch surfed but have wanted to try it for a long time.

Interests

I like going to the movies. That's my idea of a fun night out with friends. I like comedies and chick flicks. I also like sci-fi type movies, Star Trek, for example and Firefly!! II like shows like Modern Family, Switched at Birth, Bones, Master Chef, Kitchen Nightmares, Survivor... I am all over the place! I like to read and write, shoot photos and draw. I've volunteered at Phx Comicon twice and will be doing so again this year.

Music, Movies, and Books

Sooooo many... no joke... don't even think I could fill this in with all the ones there are. Classics I think lets see... Breakfast Club, The Lost Boys (PART ONE!!), Twilight (Yes... don't judge lol), Sorority Boys, The War, geez... so many, can't even think! I can never get tired of watching I Love Lucy, or Little House on the Prairie. I just like cinema and all things related!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe not so amazing to some but finally went Snowboarding this year. IT WAS HARD! But I managed to do two runs without falling after being the last one in the class earlier in the day!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am good with blogs and could help you start a blog, show you how to use computer applications maybe. Willing to cook something (probably chicken). I'm willing to share stories and listen to stories in return. I'm open to trying new things and discussing films, tv, etc. Sorry I'm not too special lol, I don't have unique skills. Open to suggestions.
