Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't yet had the experience of surfing, but I have hosted and met some lovely people while hosting.

Interests

Like anyone else I just want to have a good time. A bit more of a homebody I would rather have friends over for a drink then go party at the bar when in my hometown. That being said traveling is all about new experiences and embracing a different culture in whatever form that takes.

I love to travel, especially spur of the moment road trips. There are so many places I haven't been that I would love to visit.

I've really gotten in to improvising in the last couple of years. I like soccer, reading, movies, acting, comedy, travel, flying.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the Lions of Al-Rassan by Guy Gavriel Kay, The Book Thief by Markus Zusak and the Harry Potter series. I've recently discovered that graphic novels are everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably the coolest thing I have done, so far, is skydiving. It was a blast just an amazing experience which I found very peaceful.

What I Can Share with Hosts

This is pretty much the point in the profile where everyone mentions they can cook. (Woohoo, good food!) I, unfortunately, can't. So what can I bring to the table (metaphorically speaking)? Myself. Good enough for some, not enough for others. I've been known to be funny, charming, intelligent and friendly. I love meeting new people, finding out what makes them tick and what their story is.

P.S. I can also bring takeout to the table! Literally! Or wine! Or beer! Or myself and takeout! Or myself and wine! Or wine and takeout! Or any other combination therein.
