Overview
About Me
I’m Tzu-Chun Lin, an engineer, who sincerely adore this island. Since I had graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at National Cheng Kung University and left the military police services, I worked at a PCB company. Now, I am responsible for business analysis at Gogoro, an e-scooter manufacturer.
I love to travel the world and enjoy my life.
BTW, 3 things you must do in Taiwan
1. reach Mt.Jade (3952 M)
2. cross Sun Moon Lake by swimming (3.3 KM)
3. travel around Taiwan island by cycling ( 2 weeks)
And I finished the above all 3 things!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am bound to head to the world. I had business trips to Greater China in order to make sure that salespersons can accomplish plans and discuss customer-managing strategies with PM. Except for work, I have been to South East Asia alone. I discussed the possibility of cultural industries and position of local Chinese with Chinese Malaysian, learned Singapore experience about becoming an international financial center, thought that Vietnam maintains a balance between tourism and environment, and feel an exotic atmosphere of a mixture of 3 religions, such as Buddhism, Islam, and Hinduism. Because of the unique experience, I bravely walk away from my comfort zone, confidently stroll on exotic streets, and speak out proudly our culture.
Finally, I always strongly convince that multicultural interaction, advanced technologies, and competent people are fundamental to innovations.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have climbed the highest mountain, Mt. Jade, in Taiwan which is more than 3952 m. That's a crazy but wonderful thing you must do in our country because the 2/3 area of Taiwan is mountains. If you don't climb mountains, you will miss most of Taiwan.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to ride a scooter in a traffic jam, how to order a cup of the perfect bubble tea, how to eat properly the hot pot. I can share all my life, careers, and Home.
Most importantly, I can make you realize exactly Taiwan.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I truly love this country I grew up, and I have spent more than 20 years to realize it. I have climbed the highest mountain, Mt. Jade, in Taiwan and other mountains because 2/3 area of Taiwan is mountains. Also, I spent 2 months in a rural village, assisting farmers to sell their vegetable. Recently, I positively get into the world, our neighbor, some Asian countries to compare, link, and learn our relationship.
On the whole, I can share all my life, careers, and Home.
