About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My myopia in regards to my art is in full force this summer as I experiment with getting booths at different art fairs, exploring new mediums like woodcarving and sculpting, and trying to get a new three part series done by the start of the winter.
Life wise, I feel like my time in Portland is coming to an end due to the sustained invasion of condos and 'revitalization' so currently I'm weighing options for places to call my home.
Top three:
Philadelphia
Detroit
Minneapolis

ABOUT ME

I spend most of my time drawing or making other art, cooking and enjoying music and the outdoors. The rest of my the time is spent hunting for inspiration to further make more art, cook, listen to music and go outdoors. A pleasantly vicious cycle.

PHILOSOPHY

Never be bored

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to meet new people, share experiences and knowledge and help build a global community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had some great experiences couchsurfing in Europe during the summer of 2013. Staying across the Netherlands and Germany I spent a great deal of time meeting new people, seeing new places and soaking up any and everything.
Since my early twenties, my homes have seemed to have a never-ending stream of traveling-thru friends, and friends of friends, which is a lifestyle that I've really grown to love in regards to the waves of new perspectives and stories, and though it can be overwhelming at times, at the end of the day it always feels more worth it than not.
