I go by Nicky, You Hyun or Aerang.

Born in Seoul, Korea. Living here for over 22 years. Studying music(bassoon player), international office management, English in Ewha(Triple majoring).
Love animal, especially Cat person(living with 2 cats Simba and Louis)

Pesco, Non-smoker. I do appriciate nice foods, but I am currently under condition not to eat a lot. I was diagnosed as colorectal cancer in June 2010, had surgery and finished my chemo in February 2011, I am under dietary treatment. So I'm pesco! :9 I scarcely eat, but drink a lot of liquid.

I am a photo-taker. Not surprising though, because every Asian owns a camera(laugh). Mine is Sony a-55, and Canon Ql-17. I both like digital and analogue cameras. I am not a serious photographer, just a collector who wants to collect,yes, take a beautiful moment.

Miniature collector. I have hundreds of pieces, now I am tired of displaying them kkk

I love something old, and like adapting new. Old things, vintage, used goods, museum or palaces fascinate me. I like new thoughts and ideas, concepts and perspective that I don't know. I am a young fella who wants to broaden my world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Simple. I joined couchsurfing because I liked the concept. I can make friends through couchsurfing :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I made few friends through couchsurfing. So far I only hosted one person, but I hope number can increase someday :) Best experience I had by couchsurfing is a road trip I had with another couchsurfer. We went to beach side and took tons of pictures.

All kinds of music-Classic to metal.
All kinds of arts-Rococo to graffiti.
Some sports- Free running, Krav Maga, board(snow, skate, or surfing), dancing, horseback riding, scuba diving, etc. I'm interested, but can only ride a horse and snow board. Not a great ball player. Like watching games at stadium.
Learning Language, any kind of! Even interested in sign language.
Reading, playing instruments, meeting new people.

Went to Gappadocia, Turkey and had a balloon ride. It was amazing.

I once had opportunity to play Rachmaninoff at Carnegie hall. Hall was great.

I know basic theory of music. Cultural background of Korea. I worked at Furniture museum, so I can tell you traditional Korean furniture, clothes, or folk painting. Few things about traditional royal dance of Korea. Some storys of Joseon(Lee) dynasty.

Want to learn about photo-taking, free running, dancing maybe? kkk but what I really want to do with people is spending time together.
