About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Every day is an adventure of the world and myself.
ABOUT ME
I'm now an exchange student at America from Taiwan. This is my first time and the furthest one that I have departed from my home country. Learning lots of things, knowing cool people, and every day I feel a little bit different because of these amazing things that happening around me. Trying hard towards my dream, I believe anything I have done before will finally connect to each other and become an important part of my life.
PHILOSOPHY
Possessions can not make one happy, but experiences can.
My dream is to create a non-profit organization in my home country to help those undeserved students to have a better educational opportunity.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When I was biking around Taiwan island with my girlfriend, we tried to make it a more special experience by doing couchsurfing. So besides living in hostels and some temples, we found several people that willing to host us. Couchsurfing is still not popular in Taiwan, and it was pretty lucky for us to find those friendly hosts. It was a lot of fun and I really enjoy the trip. It is a really awesome way to travel around some places you don't know.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Updated 5/30
Hosted at New Mexico, Boston, and New York.
It all started at the winter of 2009. My girl friend and I were hosted by three hosts in Taiwan while we were biking around the island. It was a very cool experience. I would love to host people from all over the world once I have I graduate and have my own place to live!
My first couchsurfing experience in America was in New Mexico. The couple hosted me were really great and kind! I wish to meet more cool people in the US!

Movie: I like movies, but really don't have a favorite one.
Music: Classical when studying. Also, Coldplay is awesome.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Himalayan mountain trip was amazing. Not only the gorgeous view but also the people there. They live in extreme poverty, but they are the happiest people I have ever been met. They aleay have a smile on their faces, and say namaste to even strangers that passing by. I like the place very much and i wish i have the chance to go back once again!
I hope my travel experiences in the US would be one of the amazing I could have done. It is just a start and I will make it!
Teach, Learn, Share
Leave no trace in the wild! Bring nothing to the mountains or the sea, and don't take anything away either. Only by doing this, the beauty of nature can last forever.
