My goals are to live a full and adventurous life, make friends from around the world, create, and to help make the world a bit more conscious and compassionate.

I was born in Sydney, grew up in Saudi Arabia, and currently work and live out of Sri Lanka, India, and Singapore as a creative strategist and business consultant.

Having lived in 6 countries in 26 years, I have an insatiable appetite to broaden my horizons through travel, food, and friends from around the world.

A 10-day Vipassana Meditation retreat in the mountains of Kandy, Sri Lanka. One of the most difficult and valuable experiences of my life. No talking, reading, writing, or any other stimulation – for 10 days.
