ABOUT ME

after spending the bulk of my life in the bronx,i've
donated 98% of my belongings to charity & have travelled west to new zealand.here i have found just the green therapy i needed.after a little more than a year in nz
8 months in california,i am now in portland oregon luvluvluving it.cool weather grey raining days=what's
not to luv.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

stayed for 16 months in new zealand,spent 8 months in los angeles,now enjoying an overdue stay in portland oregon

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

living alone for last 8 years have allowed quite a few
people to stay over-mostly women and their kids in need of transitional housing.

Interests

reading,laughing,hearing the crash of the ocean
catching as many sunrises/sunsets as possible,eating pizza,listening to music,dancing til the cows come home,yoga,did i mention dancing?cycling,surfing must learn to surf/rollerskate/fly planes& most of all must
learn to eat w/out gaining weight

in the arms of an angel is rocking my world right now
kuddos to sarah mclaughlin.norah jones is beyond what
i call smooth,velvety,sensuous,unbelievable.alawashka is a book i read again and again nvr get tired of it.ramtha has also had my attention 4 a while now.conversations w/god is an
all time favorite,i'v read all 3 more than a few times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A baby's smile is always an awesome experience to me,making someone laugh really seems amazing to me.Watching the sun show up and the moon show up once the sun moves out of its way that's up there on my hit parade.My mother used to reset kids arms back in their sockets when they got too wild on the monkey bars-that always seemed like a miracle to me.Having spent more
than a year in New Zealand the most amazing part of
the trip has been how incredibly & sincerely nice all
the people have been.I have been welcomed in so many
homes,included in family gatherings & treated w/luv,
respect,care,kindness,generosity-all of these no small
matter for me.I thank everyone in NZ that made my life
so much more enjoyable.
