I studied urban planning in Istanbul Technical University and i started urban design master program right away. Unfortunately i haven't finished it yet but I believe i will soon :) I started working at Eskisehir but my thesis still awaits me in Istanbul. That is why i travel to İstanbul very oftenly.

I must admit, i'm not a very active person usualy :) i enjoy sitting on a couch and watching movies but when i'm travelling, I became a different person. I always try my best to make my trip a real experience and try new things. I like random encounters with the nicest people.

I always consider myself as an open-minded person. I have great respect for different believes, cultures, religions, life styles and i hate pressuring or manupulating people. I like to be balanced, neutral and equally distanced to everything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After years of studying in Istanbul and luckily experiencing the wonderful city of Stockholm, i returned to my home city, Eskisehir. I started working for municipality as a city planner.
I newly moved in my ownplace in the central area of Eskisehir. It is a very small apartment, but it is easy to keep it clean and tidy this way :) However i spend most of my time at work, I also have some spare time to gladly meeting open-minded, easy-going people or even being a host.

I signed up for Couchsurfing in 2013 when i was doing my erasmus in Stockholm. Since then I am using the site for my travels. Thanks to Couchsurfing, I met very special, kind people who accompanied me or gave advices and I had very enjoyable and memorable visits to new places.

Interests

My main ambition is for drawing. I'm really interested in writing short stories and illustrating them.
Everything about movies; from every genre. Also i follow popular tv shows.
I used to read a lot. When i was a college student i read fantasy and horror classics; now i try to read from a wider genre but i can't spare enough time no longer.
All kinds of sports but especially football.
I also spend too much time for video games.Strategy, rpg and fm series especialy.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't like giving specific answers to these kinds of questions. My likes and interests change quickly. I just can say that I respect all types of art as long as there is someone who work hard enough is behind it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I use graphic tablets for my student projects and personal drawings. I can share my knowledge to whom are interested and also I'm glady open to learn anything from someone who is in this profession.

I started learning Swedish and actually it would be great if I can improve it with someone.
