About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see every country in the world and be friends with as many people as possible

ABOUT ME

An engineer by choice and a lawyer by destiny, currently trying to figure out what exactly I want to do, but in the meantime, trying to travel, meet new people, enjoy new experiences and have a lot of fun in the process.

Party hard, make mistakes & laugh endlessly. Do things you are afraid to do. After all, you are only young once! - Thats the theme for life right now, and I hope it would remain the same :)

I'm an outgoing person, who loves to party. I'm always looking forward to the next interesting thing to happen in my life. Have always hated to stay at home, and it is fun to hang out with friends or to make new ones. It is exciting to see how people from different geographies and cultural backgrounds can gel so well together. So different yet so similar.

PHILOSOPHY

Its more fun to travel when you don't know the language!
(Can say this from my personal experience in South America)

Be, what you wanna be,
taking things the way, they come,
nothing is as nice as finding paradise and
Sippin' on Bacardi Rum. :p :D

Just to be nice to people, because they will treat you the same in return. Life is short, enjoy it while you can.

I have also been taking dance lessons : Salsa, Waltz, Rumba, Cha Cha Cha. Jive (Just the basics).. Loving it so far

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I Love the idea of sharing cultures and making friends

The best way to share and learn when traveling. Couchsurfing is a great help because it's not always easy to find a cheap place to stay. So if I can help someone in any way, I'm always happy to do it . But for me couchsurfing is much more than staying at someone's place: it's meeting new people, sharing their lives for a few days, making new friends, chatting a lot, sharing past experiences and funny stories, going out together ...

Interests

This is a lot!....but a cup of coffee and a great (even non-sense) conversation is top of my list, wandering and getting lost around the city, street food, films, music, beach, cuisines, culture, cheese, pizzas, dance

Food : I have a wildly adventurous palate. I tend toward the exotic, the fatty, the cheesy and will try everything at least once ( as long its vegetarian)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Everything - says my iPod but I prefer Hindi songs.

English Movies : Harry Potter, Die Hard series,Step Up, Fast and Furious, The Pursuit of Happyness....the list goes on

Sitcoms : Friends, Big Bang theory, How I Met your Mother, Two and Half Men, Leverage, Outsourced, Suits, GOT

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first solo backpacking trip across thailand, Hong Kong and macau. Had no idea how I was gonna survive the entire trip all alone having no idea of what to do.. just went with flow and I survived it.. the first one is always special

I hitchhiked for the first time in my life all alone with absolutely no knowledge of Spanish in Argetina

Teach, Learn, Share

I desperately want to learn Spanish and French.

I can teach a few Indian dishes and probably even some BOLLYWOOD dance moves.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Egypt, Hong Kong, Italy, Macao, Netherlands, Peru, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States, Uzbekistan

Countries I’ve Lived In

India
