About Me
ABOUT ME
27-year old med student from Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria. I am always looking forward to meeting new and fascinating people and I found out that you simply cannot beat the experience you get from being fortunate and staying with locals rather than being one of many tourists in a hotel. Now a little more about myself:
I grew up in Germany and moved to the US when I was 16. After finishing up High School and College, I figured it would be time to move back to Europe be closer to the rest of my family. So currently I live in beautiful Salzburg and am (so far successfully) pursuing a degree in medicine.
Traveling highlights certainly include a two week trip to China and roaming around Europe.
I am grateful for everyone that takes time out of their busy days to get to know me, so if you there will be no way that I will pass out on the excitement of meeting you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Enjoy meeting new people and having a personalised experience.
I mean who knows your travel destination better than someone who has lived there for an extended amount of time?
Interests
Music: Current music (what's playing in the radio), but I am really fond of oldies, ranging anywhere from the roaring 20s and 30s to the 60s. I love playing the Ukulele and the lifestyle that goes with it, always upbeat, happy-go-lucky!
I'm an avid golfer, and always try to be physically active almost every day, be it soccer, volleyball, you name it. While in the States, I even got into watching American Football, which means a lot coming from Europe ;)
Cooking/Eating, really anything but Tofu. However, if you introduce me to a good Tofu recipe, who knows, I might even have to change this entry.
