ABOUT ME
I was born in Vienna in the mid-seventies, grew up there and moved to Austin in the mid-nineties, where I live to date. I'm mostly dangerous.
PHILOSOPHY
Alles wird gut.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
If you're looking for a place to crash in Austin that is reasonably central (about 20 minutes from the center of town on foot) then I may be able to help out.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
After surfing a Philadelphian couch in the spring of 2009, I hosted about a couple of dozen surfers for the remainder of the year here in Austin. 2010 I took a break from hosting, as one of my surfers ended up living with me as a roommate until early 2011. Now I'm turning my second bedroom into a guest room and am opening my doors to surfers once again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Highlights include a handful of skiing and snorkeling moments, walking a 3-day track on New Zealand's South Island with friends, going anyplace that offered new smells, sounds or sights as well as thinking thoughts that made me happy. Disregarding instructions is a recurring favorite as well.
