About Me

24 year-old mexican trying to eat the whole world in a not-so-expensive way.
I like history so I like to know the past of wherever place I'm standing on. Don't like to go to the same places twice. I'm actually studying japanese and seriously interested in its culture and way of thinking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm planning some crazy trips over the world, but have more dreams in my head than money in my pocket.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't like genres, I like songs individually, because of their feel, rythm, harmony, its general meaning, and what it means to me. Generally I like hip-hop, (trip-hop too) soft rock, indie at some point, metal, electronic. If I can sing it and/or dance it, I love it.
I'm not a movie fan, but I like sitting for 2 hours eating popcorn tho.
I love history and anthropology books, philosophy and novels.
I like Haruki Murakami, George R.R. Martin, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Gone to a trip to Oaxaca all by myself with no hotel bookings, no acquaintance of how much money I had, no itinerary, not sure of what to eat, and still had one of the best time of my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm interested in indigenous culture of towns, I'm proud of the blood running through mexican people so I like to read about Nahua culture. I'm actually learning Náhuatl language too, and would like to share my own culture and learn other countries' indigenous cultures. I'm interested in Japan's Ainu people, I hope to learn everything I can of them, is important to help each other to preserve such beautiful things as culture.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share a bottle of good tequila with some good stories of typicall mexican life I heard from my parents and grandparents. As well as a good atmosphere and my cat.

Countries I’ve Visited

Colombia, Ecuador, Japan
