I'm a cheerful 33-year-old guy from Germany :-)

I live in a shared flat so hosting is a bit of a challenge for since not only me but also my flatmates have a job and need to be okay with me hosting a guest. But let's see if it works out.

Please note that I don't host during Oktoberfest time!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed for one year in France for a volunteer-job back in 2010. In that time I used CS for the first time and many times. Every single time was an amazing experience. I've met great people and had a good time with all of them. So I started to love the "couchsurfing-spirit".

Just in order to avoid any misunderstandings: I'm not looking for any romantic experiences on CS and I'm not gay.

Interests

I love sports, first of all football but also a lot more: Crossfit, lifting weights, Volleyball, Basketball, Running, Snowboarding, Hiking, Water Sports, Rugby, ...

I also like cooking and trying new dishes. Furthermore I spend my time with reading and of course I love travelling and discovering something new.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy different kinds of books. Drama, humor, satire, documentations, classics, ... Not so much biographies (yet).
I'm not really into science fiction and horror.
I'm always looking for new books to read and happy about your recommendations ;)
Books/authors I recently read and can recommend: Michael Lewis, Hool, Black Magnolia, Jason Starr, Frank Schätzing, Cityboy.

Also I follow daily news.

I don't watch so many movies. If I do, I watch it with friends and I consider it as socialising. When I'm too exhausted to do anything else, I rather watch Netflix / Amazon shows like All or nothing, Narcos, Peaky Blinders, ...
Actually, I cancelled my Netflix account because it mostly feels like a big waste of time.

Moments with good friends are always great. It's not possible, to pick out one or two...
