About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Just returned from a 7½ month trip in Latin America - Now searching for native spanish speakers in Copenhagen, who wants to practice Spanish and whatever language they want to learn (I 'offer' Danish and English in return) :D
ABOUT ME
I am a 26 year old easy going guy who enjoys hanging out and doing fun things - I climb a lot (bouldering and sport clibing) for instance and genereally enjoy being outside.
I enjoy doing CrossFit - a fairly new form of fitness, something I now also teach at CrossFit Copenhagen. I consider myself on the political left and like going to soup kitchens and going through supermarket's dumpsters to find food. Why toss good food? It's a mystery to me and a cultural think I do not want to be a part of.
PHILOSOPHY
Love is the answer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I got a CS profile as I prepared for a one month trip to Brazil in January 2011, where I CS'ed two seperate places with great succes!
I love the idea of turning my back to the tourist industry that is based on ripping off people and instead experiencing the local culture first hand! Power to the people! With CS you meet the locals and experience local culture - whats not to like!? :-)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have surfed two different couches in Rio de Janeiro with great succes! The people in Brazil are so friendly and helpful!
Interests
Climbing, hanging out w/ friends and family, CrossFit, working voluntarily, writing (i study journalism), listening to good music, reading, climbing trees, thinking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I saw a dead person in Varanasi, India getting burned by the river Ganges when I was 12. That was pretty special.
I helped a woman get her first handstand against a wall recently. It was amazing to be an active part of a person breaking a personal boundary!
Caught my first wave surfing this morning (16/1 2011)! I´m hooked! :)
