About Me

**Looking for a live in job in Norway this winter** Any advice is most welcome!

I originate from Estonia but have lived in the UK for many years (giving me a rather confusingly "pommy" accent).
I have been in Canada for about a year and a half and just moved back to Europe to try to find a cozy mountain to settle for the winter season! :D I've spent the last 4 years travelling around Canada, U.S., Australia, New Zealand and Japan; 5 months of which I lived in the most beautiful place called Byron Bay, in a tent amongst the most fascinating unique free spirits I have ever known! I also did a ski season for 4 months in OZ working and snowboarding every opportunity I got! As my visa ran out I hopped through Bali on my way to Japan. I had the most amazing time there meeting what I can hand on heart say were the most kind-hearted lovely nationality I have yet encountered!! After portugal I decided to do a brief return home to see loved ones. I now would like to settle in to Norway for the next 10 months! Please be part of my experience! :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I mostly travel solo and am looking for a different kind of experience! I have been part of a few different communities these past 2 years and have made the deepest connections; life long friends! I want to carry on meeting special people, share stories and knowledge, learn new languages, make connections! I believe Couchsurfing attracts a certain type of person and this is the type I most want to meet :) What better way to experience a country than from a locals point of view! ** Unfortunately, I have not yet settled in a place of my own to host others but I really look forward to one day slowing down and giving back to the CS community by hosting people from around the world!**

Music, Movies, and Books

Most recent read was "The Relationship Cure"... fascinating!! All about the connecting better with colleagues, friends, family and romantic partners and how to be better at creating value in these relationships :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Midnight kayaking in bioluminescence and having a sparkly baby seal follow us for ages. Weaving its way under our kayaks and popping its head out to say hello! A magical sparkly being!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am currently looking to improve my knowledge on the environment and how to reduce our impact. Doing my part by having now adopted a vegan diet but still have a long way to go yet! This summer I took part of Plastic Free July which opened my eyes to our wastefulness! Most of all, though, I believe I am on a very important path seeking my future occupation. I would love to share ideas and opinions on the environment and how we can help it. So I really enjoy having debates or discussions to help me improve my knowledge on this. I am also learning how to use daily positive thinking to manifest my dream future and want to meet and share my time with other positive and optimistic souls. :D

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am clean and considerate and happy to help with anything around the place! Would also love to pick up a few new meal ideas (obviously only vegan meals) and help in the kitchen! :) I also would love to be included in any crafty projects! I love making things with my hands!!!
