I am Ukrainian. A year ago, the russian invasion destroyed my usual life. However, it made me rethink a lot and find my way to contribute.
I have been practicing yoga and meditation since 2007.  I have facilitated conscious movement classes since 2017. Now I’m inBelgium volunteering by giving classes of continuous dance and meditation for Ukrainian refugees.
I love to read, dance and travel, practice yoga and meditation.
The most valuable things in travel are the people which I meet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am interested in communicating with people. I'd like to learn about different life styles, cultures and traditions. I love my country and my city and I am proud of Ukraine. I like to show my guests beautiful places. I hope very soon I can do it again.
