About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To explore the unexplored and live life to the fullest! Meet new people every week.

ABOUT ME

I love travelling, writing about it and reading novels. I write my travel stories and experiences at www.travelmax.in. I mostly write about Adventure, Offbeat Experiences & Budget Travel.

I always, always seek adventures and stories which can inspire me.

I like making new friends and getting to know their stories.

If you want me to host you, please include the answer to the below mentioned question in your message. This is because I don't want to host people who don't bother to read my profile.

"What did I do when I saw a leopard at Asia's best paragliding site?" Continue reading to know the answer :)

PHILOSOPHY

At a later stage, your life will flash in front of you like a movie. Make sure you enjoy the show when it is screened.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR GUESTS

i) If you are a solo male traveler, you sleep on the bed, I sleep on the floor. (Mattress, bedsheet & pillow to be provided by me)

ii) If you are a solo female traveler, you sleep on the bed, I sleep in the hall/other room to respect your privacy.

iii) If you are 2 people (couple or friends), you sleep on the bed if you fit, I sleep on the floor. If you can't fit on the bed, you might have to sleep on the floor. If you need privacy, I sleep in the hall. (Mattress, bedsheet & pillow to be provided by me)

iv) If you are traveling with a dog, I would bear all your expenses. I love dogs :)

v) If you are 3-4 people, I will have to make arrangements. But, we can manage.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oh there are many!

1) Climbed a 30 meter high cargo ship on a rope ladder when I was 17

2) Crossed a nerve wrecking cold river bare-foot which measured temperature of -4 degree Celsius. Guess what? I lost my balance and fell in the river! Brrr

3) Met 4 guys at the best paragliding site in Asia and drank rum the whole night. We spotted a leopard while drinking and instead of freaking out, I started calling it towards us! Well, yeah, we were drunk.

4) Jumped off the paragliding site the next morning

5) Enjoyed river rafting in Rishikesh. Jumped off the raft in the river with a life jacket. Couldn't swim back towards the raft!

6) Jumped off 83 metres, equal to 30 storey building and survived. It was a Bungee jump!

7) Swam 20 meters underwater in Indonesian waters, without knowing how to swim. It was a Scuba dive!

8) Got hit by a big tree which left a scar on my forehead. Told people it was a shark attack :P

9) Slept in a hammock for 2 nights at a beach facing hostel in Gili Islands, Indonesia. Woke up with the 1st ray of sunrise!

10) Taught English to a monk who wanted to go to Japan for 15 days. He is in Japan now & it makes me really happy! I can't take a full credit, but I consider myself lucky to be able to contribute even 1%.

11) Stayed in Seville for 10 days to learn skydiving
