Interests

My principal interests, out of my profession, are to travel, play music, play sports and cook. I really like to organize short trips and to plan trips all around the world. Almost ten years ago I discover to have an instinctive sense of rhythm and I started to practice with percussions. I really have a lot of fun with that. I play sports since I was a kid. I really enjoy different kind of sports, from swimming to basketball, volleyball, soccer. Since I left my family to study at the University I had to think by myself to cook. Aside from survival, for me it is a real pleasure to cook especially when I have a crowed audience. I like to reproduce dishes of my homeland culture and to creatively combine ingredients to create new ones. I hope you will have the chance to try them ;)
