About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Traveling the world since October, 2010. Looking for amazing places and people along the way.

ABOUT ME

We are a married couple who love to see the world together. We are easy-going people who enjoy absorbing new cultures, and try to seek out locals whenever we travel. We've been married since 2009, but have been together (traveling too) since March, 2004. We both grew up in the western USA, and met at a house party shortly after finishing college at the University of Nevada, in Reno (the Biggest Little City in the World). We have been on two long trips together, the first being for 9 months (2005-2006) in Central and South America, and the second one being now, since October 2, 2010. We have been to South America, southern Africa, India, Nepal, and southeast Asia so far on this trip.

PHILOSOPHY

You only get one chance at life, live it the best you can.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We jumped out of a plane at 10,000 feet over the Namibian sand dunes in 2011. Loved every second of it! Skydiving rocks!

Teach, Learn, Share

When learning to snowboard, always keep an edge, and start on a steeper hill, at least 45 degrees.
