About Me

CURRENT MISSION

If might is right, then love has no place in the world. It may be so, it may be so. But I don't have the strength to live in a world like that, Rodrigo. - Jeremy Irons, The Mission (1986)

ABOUT ME

Well... I'm a student of contemporary literature at the University of Siena in Italy. At the moment I live in Copenhagen where I moved in January for a student exchange program (Erasmus).
I was born in Novara, where my family lives, and I attended the first three years of my degree in Pavia and in 2010 I moved to Tuscany.
I love reading and I'm interested in every form of artistic expression, without being an expert in any of them. I write on occasion and I play the banjo (poorly).
I'm pretty sociable and friendly and I like meeting new people, expecially from other countries. I think I'm a quite easygoing guy.
Yet I don't know what I'm going to do in future, but surely I want to spend some years travelling around the world, getting to know other cultures and gathering as many new experiences as possible.

PHILOSOPHY

I guess I'm still looking for one of my own!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Whenever possible, I'm glad to host couchsurfers. Otherwise I am always available for a coffee or a drink and to show them around my city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a couple in Siena last Summer and then I've been hosted by two wonderful hosts in Barcelona.
I also met a number of couchsurfers traveling.
So far, only very positive experiences. Open-minded, kind and friendly people. :)
