I love practising languages, getting to know different cultures, their music and history. I come from Ireland and I have lived in Spain, Ukraine and France, and from September I will live in England.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I have had the opportunity to meet many interesting people through couchsurfing thanks to some very generous hosts, and I am looking forward to have the experience of hosting one day.
When I stop somewhere and have any sort of rights to who visits, I hope to offer other couchsurfers the opportunity to travel too.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I love most types of music, especially traditional Irish music: I am learning to play the accordion and I may travel with it. Also I love Michael Buble, Pavarotti and all big band music, and of course rock and roll!

Books: I love reading, but I definitely don't do enough of it. My favourites are old classics. ;P

Movies: I like arthouse films, soppy romantic films, comedies, musicals, dancing movies. I like ones based on historic events or moments in time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Right now (May 09) I'm helping people to build their eco house from straw and mud in France..it's pretty amazing that they're doing everything themselves!

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach English, Spanish, some Irish, French.. if I have my instruments with me (Irish music) you could try them but I'm not very advanced so only the basic stuff! I can read music so if you want to learn that I could help.

I am always looking to learn new things

If you can teach me languages (especially Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Spanish, French, Irish, or whatever your native language is) or some traditional tunes that would be great!
