Overview
About Me
I'm an easy going guy and enjoy the company of most everyone. I strive to make the people around me as comfortable as possible, and believe that a big smile, a warm heart, and an open mind will get everywhere.
I studied Chemistry at UNC - Chapel Hill, and promptly decided that I did not want to do anything with my degree. Instead, I took off 18 months and traveled to India (5 months), Borneo, Cambodia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.
After returning to the US I began teaching myself how to code and recently got accepted into a code school called AppAcademy in San Francisco. My end goal is 100% mobility.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I have endless amounts of good stories as well as great travel insight for any of the places I've visited. If you're thinking about making a long-term trip, I'm a great person to talk to, especially if you need some convincing.
Through my travels and not always knowing how long you will be in contact with a person you've just met, I've learned how to bridge relationships with people quickly, and love getting to know someone.
I'll also have a place in San Francisco for you to crash ;)
