ABOUT ME

I'm 30, I grew up in Italy, fell in love with New Zealand and recently moved to Luxembourg. I travel to find a home and even though I think I found one in New Zealand, I'm not ready to settle down yet.

PHILOSOPHY

This quote by Mark Twain sums up my philosophy pretty well: Don’t go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first.

I have no couchsurfing experience. Yet. But I love sofas, more than beds, actually.

Books: I have fallen in love with John Irving, recently, and haven't fallen out of love yet. And Dave Eggers is always a favorite of mine.

Music: three are the names of my personal gods: Bruce Springsteen, Eddie Vedder, Josh Ritter. But I love music, from folk to electro to jazz and classical music.

Movies: nearly everything by Spike Lee, Ken Loach, David Lynch and Richard Linklater. An endless love for The Apartment and a childhood affection for professor Keating. Also: High Fidelity and Almost Famous.

The most amazing thing ever was the time I spent in New Zealand. And while there, everything was amazing.

I can teach you how to speak Italian and Spanish. Or I can teach you how to lace your shoes in my own personal way. Or I can teach you how to make home-made pasta just like my grandma does with her mattarello in her hands.
