CURRENT MISSION

To support truth-telling in all its voices, shapes, and colors, and to support vulnerable communities neglected or under attack by the environmentally destructive, white supremacist, proto-fascist, vulture capitalist powers that be.

ABOUT ME

I don't really consider anywhere home -- yet. There are too many places I have left to see to be able to say I'm comfortable living in one place the rest of my existence. I'm living in Portland, which is very chill. I run a videography business, and I'm working on a documentary about networks of solidarity in the face of crisis.

PHILOSOPHY

I refuse to accept that people are evil and the world is doomed. I can't work for a company or organization that I don't believe in anymore. I am ashamed of my country but all hope is not lost. People before profit$ always.

No creo que personas son malas y el mundo está condenado. Ya no puedo trabajar en una empresa o organización que no creo en su misión. Tengo vergüenza de mi pais pero no toda esperanza se pierde. Personas en vez de beneficio$ siempre.

I've been in three hurricanes, but more amazing was taking part in the cleanup and witnessing the rebirth of New Orleans after Katrina, and the recovery of Puerto Rico and my hometown of Houston.

I have been learning about how to raise goats and chickens, and can teach what I know so far. I also teach guitar, English, and ping-pong. I want to learn Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic, Guarani and Quechua, and learn the clarinet, accordian, theramin and saw. I can share footage from beautiful and endangered places, and communities in flux.
