Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing for two reasons:
to meet new people and enjoy the country I am visiting; I think the best way to understand the culture of a country is to see it from the perspective of inhabitants who live there;
to meet new people who want to visit Latvia; I think Latvia is one of the most beautiful places in the world and Riga has many great things to share with visitors and I (if I'm available) can help to discover the city from different perspective.

I like to discover different music.
My favourite movies are the ones who are based on a true life story and are filled with true emotions. I enjoy movies which are created with an intention to portray the society and force me to think about my values and behaviour.
I like to read different books. t the moment I am reading Stephen Covey's "7 habits of highly effective people" and a biography of Bob Dylan.
