ABOUT ME
***A lot of my profile was written many years ago, and while I check it for accuracy, I otherwise keep it simple! I love that I can come back here and see that the way I've represented myself stays true over a long time. Currently on exchange in Lisbon, Portugal, studying ceramic art. Show me your mug collection!***
Long story short I have a lot of names. They all work.
Long story medium I grew up in a house that changed, never locked it's doors, and usually looked like a hurricane made of art supplies blew through it once a day. I don't like to stay in one place for too long, and sometimes my wanderlust has taken me so far from near here that phone calls to mum involve intense math. Recently I've been stoked to explore the great, vast, mysterious wilderness of the pacific northwest.
I've spent stints of time and money in Photography school, Political Science, and health sciences, all leading me to be more confused with a heightened awareness of my great ignorance. There is nothing to do but keep learning.
So, I'm in art school. This had proved the most liberating and difficult endeavour yet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host and surf, and I try to be as regular and normal to me doing both roles. I'm looking to meet other people who are into similar interests (homesteading/DIY, being outside, anarchism, roller derby, making bread... etc). Right now I live in a large, shared house that is CS friendly and I'd love to have someone take advantage of my new futon couch!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've surfed a little, hosted a little... looking to do both more. The first time I couchsurfed my friend told me about the CS Vienna Calling event a few days before it started, and we decided to just showed up and went from there; it was amazing and I was hooked.
