About Me

This is my journey, my unmasked vulnerability.
https://the-wanderlust-journey.com/

CURRENT MISSION

To create ripples while making waves yet remembering my roots while remaining humble, to love on our human race, embrace our imperfections and becoming an ever more evolving self on this world. I try to not loose sight of the present moment, in feeling grateful and believing in your own magic.

I make a conscious effort to live by The Four Agreements (Los Cuatro Acuerdos) by Don Miguel Ruiz, where I am guided by ancient wisdom from Latinamerica and India.

ABOUT ME

Being PASSIONATE is the main word that best defines the reason behind anything I choose to do. Capable of holding my own in various situations, I prefer to seek my own inner self for answers. Rather independent, sensitive and affectionate, yet a deep observer of my surroundings. My mind fiends for mental/emotional challenges and anything with an air of mystery built in. I am the dreamer of improbable dreams. An idealistic at heart who is deeply intuitive at being other people’s soul mirror. Beneath my easygoing and carefree demeanor lies a fixed passion for the causes I believe in and the people I selflessly care for. I direct my energy inward, many times alone, for I am driven by my values and inner peace that keep me centered. I respect privacy yet am a storyteller to those whom I connect with, where my imagination generates endless possibilities of profound and abstract thoughts. I'm one who makes decisions with my heart and am driven by emotion. Random, spontaneous, playful yet serious, I get restless in rigid and impersonal environments. I have embraced my imperfections, flaws and all. A romantic daydreamer and avid night-thinker who strives to create a reality fulfilled by my idealistic mystical thoughts. I am very in tune with my strengths and weaknesses and confine in any changes that need to be made. Confidence is a quality which many confuse with being conceited and those who take the time to unshed my walls will soon make the distinction clear. Quite picky from the people I choose to be around, I need individuals who speak the same language as me; those who can handle my train of thought. I yearn to seek individual freedom on a daily basis and thrive as a sapiosexual and demisexual being. I specifically desire introducing myself to those who are not superficial nor materialistic...En dado la situacion, prefiero estar sola que con mala compania.

PHILOSOPHY

Always challenging norms, and simply being an observer of what the world offers to us. Many are content with living in their little box, and have yet to discover true beauty beyond their horizon.
I never stop questioning...I'm as curious soul.

Music: Music defines my life, my every second of the day. Its the highlight of my morning right out of bed, the comfort while the whole city sleeps at dawn. Music is poetry, spirituality and love to my ears and soul. It moves me unlike any other instantly, magically and in absolute harmony.

Depending on my mood, environment or time of day, my heart yearns for a certain composer or genre. In general I’m into 90s hip-hop, ambient, chill-out/lounge, Neo-soul, samba, Latin ANYTHING, bhangra, mantras, kizomba, arabic-flamenco, Middle Eastern and Indian music.
I HATE U.S mainstream music.
Favorite Books: El Alchimista, El Libro de La Mujer. Paulo Coelho, Osho, Mario Benedetti, Julio Cortázar, Deepak Chopra and Don Miguel Ruiz are my absolute top mentors.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I value getting to know my guests and connecting with them to potentially becoming friends. If you are requesting to stay with another traveler, please send a link of the other member. The more sincere, genuine and compassionate you are in your personalized email, the better. Having a thorough profile (at least 90%) with pictures highlights transparency in forming part of the CS community as well as a safety measure for myself. I'm extremely clean so just be mindful of this and respect the common area. No smokers inside, yet I’m 420 friendly. Hosting for 2 nights is fair and it would be ideal to know 48 hours (please state your dates) in advanced to see if it works with my agenda. 90% of the time I'll decline weekday requests. If you request to stay for one night, I will NOT accept. I'm not your hotel replacement and won’t open my home who looks to crash for the night.
Just to confirm you've read this, mention either: 1 quirky thing that makes you YOU in your CS request message OR share 2-3 commonalities you saw after reading my profile (aside from traveling of course).
