Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing because I enjoy meeting people and seeing places through local perspectives rather than just passing through as a visitor. I like conversations about travel, culture, food, and everyday life, and I enjoy sharing experiences and stories along the way. For me, it’s less about accommodation and more about connection, learning from others, and making travel feel more human and memorable.

Interests

I enjoy travelling, exploring new places, and understanding how people live and think in different parts of the world. I spend much of my time reading and writing, and travel gives me a different perspective and balance. I am interested in history, landscapes, and local culture, and I prefer experiencing places at a slower pace rather than rushing between attractions. I enjoy good conversation, learning about local food, and exchanging stories and experiences with people from different backgrounds.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Despite the fact that I am a wheelchair bound, I travelled to the six continents of the world. My dream would be to visit the last: Antarctica!
