Arizona Dream (!!!), Inglorious Bastards, What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Hotel Rwanda, Solino, Forrest Gump, Requiem for a Dream, Trainspotting, Man on Wire, Changeling, Nirgendwo in Afrika, Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, Benny & Joon, Yhe Penguins Of Madagascar and sooo on.
Music (really depends on the mood): Manu Chao, Bob Marley and his sons, Carla Bruni, Kings of Leon, The Lumineers. Also dubstep, drum&bass, house ;] and everything what is good for chilliiiiing... ;]
Books: Everything written by Chimamanda Adichie! Henry Miller - "Tropic of Cancer", "Tropic of Capricorn", and lots of African literature...and magic realism.
