About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To enjoy the journey, with effort, intuition and purpose.
Make connections and embrace knowledge.
Inspire to do good. Respect and nourish nature. Share.
Balance, Breathe and be Grateful.

ABOUT ME

As a curious creature, I try to travel whenever possible. Typically gravitating to botanical gardens and smaller villages of a place. I really enjoy getting to know about local customs and patterns.
Learning about old information which is new to me, over a cup of tea is always welcomed. Music is a universal language which deserves honor and respect. I love animals, worked with equine and canine in particular. They teach me to trust and be challenged, this is what strengthens a bond.

PHILOSOPHY

One Force, One Energy, One Love
Live in the present, appreciate the past and look on to the future.
Master something difficult.
Don't shy away from change. Find strength in Love.
Share the goods...enjoy everything in moderation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted and been hosted all of which were positive ocassions. I love showing travelers around the area and leading them to the gems the guidebooks don't know about.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couch surfing is a great way to make connections around the world. Everyone I have met here has been kind, interesting and enjoyable to spend time with. A nice way of forming a collective.

Interests

The beautiful outdoors, gardening with a purpose as in planting more medicinal varieties, hiking and hill walking to clear the mind, meditation is a must, craft and design, and the formation of creative communities.

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently I am exploring Afro-beats, some electronic and the Bansuri Flute from India.
Movies I would watch over..Chocolat, 1 Giant Leap: What About Me? and Fela Kuti: Music is the Weapon.
Reading is endless...at the moment I am diving into some business strategy books. Rumi's poems provide me with calm and The Yoga Sutras give me guidance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekking in the Annapurna Mountains, Nepal. The villages we passed through were home to some of the most humble people and stunning surrounding. Life there is simply beautiful, nourished by smiling faces and good nutrition.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am familiar with lots of wild medicinal plants. Foraging and cooking with these plants is always fun and is also important for maintaining good health.
Can help with english while I am trying to learn more spanish.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cooking while exploring different music. Can also help with garden plans or techniques as well as some craft techniques. Yoga in the mornings and clearing space for meditations.

Countries I’ve Visited
