ABOUT ME

I love my friends, they are my family. I love my music, it is my friend. I love my headphones, they keep me immersed in a simple world of music. I love human beings as a whole. I love food, comfortable clothes, espresso, graffiti art, and animals.

PHILOSOPHY

The rest of my profile should speak for my philosophy, but I will do my best to spell it out here, by means of a list of traits I respect in fellow human beings: Honor, respect, discipline, self-respect, love, a sense of humor, moderation.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been a surfer, and I'm happy to accommodate surfers myself, as well as simply to meet travellers. I want to make this world a smaller place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had friends sleeping on my couch when they fell on hard times, and they have done the same for me. I have also couchsurfed with several people in Warsaw, Poland. They were all great people, and the experiences were definitely positive. I consider those people friends.

Interests

Martial arts, music production, street poetry, reading literature and some modern fiction, and the culture of hip hop. I'm a b-boy of the true school.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: "Once Were Warriors", "Beijing Bicycle". Music: Mostly underground hip hop; too extensive a selection to list. Also a variety of other musical styles, including jazz, blues, rock, industrial. Authors: Haruki Murakami, Gunter Grass, L.E. Modesitt, J.R.R. Tolkein, Kurt Vonnegut, and others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was young my brother rescued a child who was suffocating in an underwater tunnel. I know its cheesy but I like to think that everyone can do that stuff.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a lot about coffee and how to prepare it. I know some about recording arts/music engineering. I'm happy to share these things and anything else useful in my brain. Probably even the useless stuff, too. What can I say, I'm a sharing guy.
