Hello,

my name is Urban and I'm a 25-year-old professional dancer and web developer from Slovenia.
During my career as a dancer, I traveled a lot, I performed for artists in front of 100.000 people in arenas, festivals, etc. So I have a lot of interesting stories up my sleeve.
Besides dancing I love reading books (fiction and nonfiction) - On average I read 30+ books per year. I also enjoy playing video games, watching movies/TVshows and I play drums and guitar.
I'm a communicative, easy-going, and open-minded person that loves getting to know different people and their storys and different cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Im couchsurfing because I really want to see as much of this beautiful world as possible. And I think that travelling and staying at hotels just isnt the best way to experience the whole culture and spirit of the town. I love to get first hand informations about the city im staying in and the best way for that is to stay with a local person. Its also the best way to make new friends and connections all around the world. And this connections, I treasure the most.

Music, Movies, and Books

As music is one of the most important things in my profession, I listen to it all the time. I listen to everything, or better yet Im open to all styles of music. From relaxing blues and jazz, beautiful classics, to country (witch is one of my favourite styles), pop, rap, folk-pop (second favourite), house, reggae etc. Currently I listen a lot of Passenger, John Mayer, Ed Sheeran, Damien Rice, Bob Dylan, James Bay...but my all time favourite artist is Michael Jackson.

Lord of the Rings series are the 3 best movies ever made, hands down. As for Tv shows, nothing comes close to Sons of Anarchy.
