About Me
Hi!
My name is Uria, I'm a very friendly person, I love meeting new people and discovering new places, even in my own city. I find it difficult to stay in one place in life and I'm always looking for my next goal or my next trip.
When I'm not at work, I discover new music or cool places, and recently doing some amateur stand-up.
I Always feel like travellig is the purpose to a lot of what I do in life. I can't imagine my future as regular joh, working 9 to 5 to feed the children, I want to travel and to see the world.
Recently moved to Nürnberg, Germany with my wife, to do my masters degree.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A big part of my passion of traveling has to do with meeting new and different people. We all have things to teach each other and things to learn from each other, and there's no better way to see a city than through the eyes of a local.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2017 I traveled to Naple and the north of India. In my last week, I walked alone from Manali to Malana which was supposed to be an eight hour walk. But I was caught by rain, and lost my path through the woods. Luckily, I found a local Bedouin group, that let me sleep and dine with them. In the morning they showed me to the right direction, and I managed to reach Malana. With a broken pinky and a big smile.
