About Me

ABOUT ME

Hey there! Short bio: I grew up on a small farm in Maine and attended College of the Atlantic, a liberal arts college on the coast of Maine. In college, I studied politics and economics, lived in northern India for three months, worked on criminal justice reform in Maine, and made a documentary film about the opioid epidemic. Since college, I've been working with Maine's independent U.S. Senator, Angus King, and plan to attend law school.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed quite a bit in Europe and the states, and have had nothing but terrific experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

Indie folk, good romantic comedies, Lord of the Rings, Stranger Things, Harry Potter, and lots of non-fiction...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Twice now, I've climbed 23 peaks in one day in Acadia National Park with my cousin - 32.9 miles in 19.5 hours. It was pretty painful by the end, but we decided it was worth it mostly because it made us appreciate every day we WEREN'T doing that even more.

Teach, Learn, Share

Circular breathing, if you've ever had a desire to do that. I do that because I play the bagpipes. I've played since I was 7, and now I perform in international competitions.
