About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Please, be happy in your body, mind and soul. It's good for society !

ABOUT ME

I love life and simple things but very precious like a good glass of wine over a meal with friends or a sunset in the moutains or at the beach. I study the earth and nature, but overall I love people, music & arts. I speak French, English, Spanish, I love to practice and teach yoga, and I am always happy to share it. Being open-minded and curious about the others is one of the main quality I am looking forward to find in people I meet.

PHILOSOPHY

Taking what life can offer me at the present moment while giving on the other ! I love to go on outdoor activities under any weather !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am building experiences as a couchsurfer this fall during my trip in Europe, all of which were good up to now, with very generous people, thank you ! I will for sure host when I'll be back home !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed in Spain and France and did very nice meetings. It is a fabulous way discover new cultures ! Though, it is important for me to feel connected to people, therefore I like to cook a meal or at least drink a tea with my host, rather than feeling that I am in an unpersonnal hostel. When I need it, I like when the host shows me the basic facilities around the house (food and transport) you'll save time and energy because I'll be more independant !

Interests

Yoga, dancing, arts&crafts, music, outdoors actvities especially related to water, sea and moutains, camping, trekking, biking, photo, writing, environement, socio-politics, sciences but overall sharing experiences and meeting with people who talk from the heart, of every generation, of every origin.

Music, Movies, and Books

BOOKs: Love to read! The Alchemist, Series The children of the Earth, Amélie Nothomb, French Litterature of all sort, Ian McEwan, series from Marie Laberge (Gabrielle, Florent, Adélaïde), Cien anos de soledad, etc.

MUSIC: Like to listen to music, but style depends on the mood. Rufus Wainwright is one of my best anytime. Jack Johnson and Misteur Valaire are good to work. Soundtracks : Amélie Poulain, Amorres Perros, L'auberge espagnole. From Québec: Pierre Lapointe, Marie-Jo Thériault, Cowboys Fringants. Irish, Scotish music is always welcome to cheer me up !

MOVIES: Amélie, L'auberge espagnole, movies that make me travel and feel something ! Like the american series Six Feet Under. Can't stand horror and violent movies. What's the point ?
