About Me

ABOUT ME

to sum it up in a few words:
funny, adventurous, open-minded, sensitive, crazy, profound, unorganized, spontaneous, chaotic, ... a little bit of everything, depending on the situation, I´d say.
can't really describe it in a few words, though, so I guess you'll just have to get to know me :)

PHILOSOPHY

Ever tried? Ever failed? No matter.
Try again. Fail again. Fail better!

A good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving.

If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there.

If you want to be happy, be!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I hosted 2 couchsurfers and I have to say it was a really nice experience everytime. I stayed with couchsurfers in London and Amsterdam.
I like being a host for other people as well as surfing other people's couches. Everytime it's totally different, everytime it's really nice and everytime you meet really awesome new people.
I've also attended a lot of couchsurfer meetings or met other couchsurfers while travelling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There´s just too many of them!!!
I´m absolutely unorganized and chaotic. And I love this quality, cuz it allows all these little unexpected things to happen. Some of these experiences I had while doing my year of European Voluntary Service in Luxembourg.
Falling asleep on the train and waking up in the middle of nowhere, suddenly in a different country; hitchhiking to a different country in the middle of the night cuz I feel like having a Kebap (well ... it actually sounds more adveturous than it is. Luxembourg is not that big ^^); travelling without any money and just letting things happen. In the end it always works out.

Just got back from an ERASMUS exchange year on the beautiful French caribbean Island of Martinique and pretty much everything I did and saw there was just A-M-A-Z-I-N-G ... the waterfalls, beaches, palm trees, sunsets .... :D

I´m curious what´s gonna be next!
