Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing because I want to experience places through people, not just destinations. While planning my Auroville volunteer journey, I realized how much I value community, shared living, and learning through everyday interactions. Couchsurfing feels like a natural extension of that — a way to connect, exchange perspectives, and be part of life as it’s lived, even if only for a short while.

I’m interested in people, stories, and the everyday life of places. I enjoy deep conversations, music, long walks, and moments of quiet reflection. I’m drawn to culture, spirituality, nature, and community-driven work. I like traveling slow, sharing meals, and learning through real connections rather than rushing through destinations.
