I am always fascinated in the differences of every country such as in language, food, transportation, culture, way of living, etc. so I always try to learn and understand them whenever and wherever possible. For me,  the best way to learn them is meeting, talking, sharing and staying with some local people -  living like a local, eating like a local and trying to do what locals do. It is always a great learning experience plus gaining new friends from different parts of the world would be awesome.
