ABOUT ME

I'm enormously interested in photography. I'm pretty sure it's my meaning in life, because I "don't think about anything else".
I photography mainly with old cameras using black and white film. I love my Rolleiflex camera from 1960 and I will not be parted from it.

I have a huge photography project going on for the moment, where I'm trying to do street photography in most big cities in Europe. Maybe I'll visit your city?

Other than photography I love to travel and meet new people. I would love to take the Trans-Siberian railroad and see Siberia, Mongolia, China, Nepal, India, Vietnam etc. I'm defiantly doing that sometime in the future.

For the moment I go to a folk high school up north in Norway. A folk high school is a very scandinavian project. It's not a high school (confusing name), but it's not a college either. It's a boarding school, meaning I live at the school. Everything I do, I do together with the rest of the students (93 of them). This is my second year, and I love it. It's so social and you get to know a lot of great people.
The school is located in Lofoten, which is probably one of the most beautiful places in the world.

I also love art - especially paintings. I can walk for hours in an art gallery full of old paintings.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I watch a lot of movies. It's hard to decide which one is my favorite and which is not. I like basically everything, from hardcore war-movies to sentimental love stories.

Music: Tom Waits and Iron Maiden.

Books: Night by Elie Wiese made a huge impression on me.
