About Me
I'm a teacher from Münster, a nice little town in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. I started travelling on my own when I was 6 years old and went to visit my grandparents by train. Ever since I haven't stopped, I've met lots of great people from all over the world, many of them have become friends for life, who are what makes life rich & beautiful...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Some years ago when I was travelling and going to sleep in a park, a young guy came up to me and invited me to sleep in his living room. He left for work early in the morning, and I was impressed and moved by his trust in me. This is why I'm on couchsurfing- I want to share this experience with other travellers.
I myself took someone in, a man who was living on the street, it was -16°C in deep winter, and it made me happy to be able to give something back to someone who needed a place to stay.
