About Me

CURRENT MISSION

The nature and the food!

ABOUT ME

Professionally, I'm a finance person and an accountant. I work at PwC Malta which is one of the biggest four financial audit companies worldwide. I bet it has a branch in your city, too, google it :P

PHILOSOPHY

I live in a minimalistic way, living with minimum stuff, I’d prefer having deep bonds and plenty of experience with nature and human beings rather than possessing too much stuff and consuming steadily.

For me 'the less is more' and 'the small is beautiful' ;) Malta is small, Malta is beautiful!

Interests

Besides my profession, I am very passionate about the plants, the animals and the whole nature. I am a permaculture (an ecological approach to nature) designer to protect and conserve nature and also teach others how to do it. If you're interested in nature, too, we can discuss and observe together. Its principles and issues. I can tell you some about the water, about the soil and the living creatures in it.

Besides, I am also a very passionate cook. I worked at professional kitchens just to learn how to cook better and tastier. I work hard in the kitchen, I can cook for you, we can cook together, I can teach you how to cook local Turkish dishes as well ;) And I would really really love to learn from you as well. Especially your local dishes. Yes, the kitchen is my place! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

My sacred book is Walden Pond by Henry David Thoreau!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cooking and the fire, the animals, the horse and the bear, all our living and non-living friends, the whole earth community.

Teach, Learn, Share

Among the animals, the dog, the horse and the bear are my sacred animals. These are my spiritual animals. And what about yours? Have you ever thought which ones are your spirit (totem) animals that you have the deepest bonds with?

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands
