Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My #1 objective when I travel is to meet real locals (not tour guides) who I can befriend and who can teach me what their country is really like. Couchsurfing offers me a window into a community of fellow travelers.

Enjoy music one can dance to. I listen to a wide variety of music from Adele and Edith Piaf to Techno and Jazz (basically all music except rap, and we can debate whether that is music) :)
Books: Shantaran, Pillars of the Earth, Atlas Shrugged. I'm always in the middle of a book.
I'm a movieholic and will watch just about any genre except horror.
